100G PSM4 VS 100G CWDM4 Optical Transceiver

With MTP interface (8 cores), the transmission distance can reach up to 500m when used with single-mode multi-core fiber.


100G CWDM4 is also a kind of multi-source protocol (MSA). The 100G CWDM4 optical transceiver introduces WDM technology and uses a duplex LC interface. and the transmission distance can reach up to 2km when used with single-mode fiber.
