The parameter requirement of an order

With the increase in orders, the company's order process has become increasingly institutionalized, standardized. Before to the workshop, the production order audit must be carried out to avoid mistakes, waste manpower, material resources and time, to improve work efficiency.
An order seems simple, but still need to pay attention to some of the parameters required. What are the parameters requirements for an order? Let's study together!

1. Data rate: 155M, 1.25G, 2.125G, 2.48G, 4.125G, 6.125G, 8G, 10G, 25G, 40G, 100G....
2. Package type: SFP, SFP+, XFP, QSFP+....
3. Wavelength: 850nm, 1310nm, 1550nm, 1490nm, 1470-1610nm
4. Transmitting distance: 300m, 550m, 2km, 10km, 20km, 40km, 60km, 80km, 100km, 120km, 160km
5. Compatibility: Cisco, HUAWEI, H3C, HP, ZTE, Juniper, TP-link, D-LINK, Extreme, Mikrotik....


These parameters are to be reflected on the product label. Although the label is small, it exhibit the brand of one company, and contains the basic information of a product. It is an integral part of the product.
Our label can be ETU brand, customer brand and netural brand, contains product model, description and serial number(SN).

※ Model: Can be our model, also can print customer’s. Like: ES3112-3LCD20
※ Description: Data rate + Package type + Wavelength + Distance + DDM. Like: 1.25G SFP 1310nm 20KM DDM
※ SN: Usually a product compatibility can be reflected in the SN.
For example：ESC17SR200001------E（ETU）+ S（SFP）+ C（Cisco）+ 17（Year）+ SR（10G 850nm 300M）+ 20(Number of weeks) + 001(Serial number)

The attention of label in the production process:
1.Color labels are not allowed to have chromatic aberration.
2.The label is not allowed to have typos.
3.The font can not be too large.
4.The size of RoHS label must be the same as CE and FCC label.
