1、10G SFP+ CWDM series

The transmission distance of 10G SFP+ CWDM series optical modules mainly includes five types: 10KM, 20KM, 40KM, 80KM, and 100KM. The optional bands for 10KM and 20KM are 1270-1610nm (20nm interval), and 40KM, 80KM, 100KM. The three optional bands are 1470-1610nm (20nm interval). Compared with the XFP package, the SFP+ package is smaller in size and can support more compact switch equipment. It is currently the more popular 10G package type.

2、10G XFP CWDM series

The transmission distance of 10G XFP CWDM series products mainly has four types: 10KM, 20KM, 40KM, and 80KM. The optional bands of 10KM and 20KM are 1270-1610nm (interval 20nm), and the two types of 40KM and 80KM are optional. The band is 1470-1610nm (20nm interval). XFP package is slightly larger than SFP+. Compared with SFP+, it has signal modulation function, serializer/deserializer, MAC, clock and data recovery (CDR), and electronic dispersion compensation (EDC). Therefore, when the switch router does not integrate the above-mentioned functions on the motherboard, then XFP optical modules are needed to make up for it.

3、10G SFP+ DWDM series

The transmission distances of the 10G SFP+ DWDM series products are mainly 20KM, 40KM, and 80KM. The optional band of these three models is C17-C61 (50GHz or 100GHz). The operating temperature range can be selected from commercial grade (0℃-70℃), extended grade (-20℃-85℃) and industrial grade (-40℃-85℃) according to application scenarios.

4、10G XFP DWDM series

The transmission distance of 10G XFP DWDM series products is mainly 40KM and 80KM. The optional band of these two models is C17-C61 (100GHz). The operating temperature range can be selected from commercial grade (0℃-70℃), extended grade (-20℃-85℃) and industrial grade (-40℃-85℃) according to application scenarios.
