My training experience

Time has always passed so quickly, unconsciously, I have come to ETU-Link for more than a year. When first day to the company, I was so strange to the environment, colleagues, or the products. With the patient instruction and training of the manager, gradually become familiar with the company's products.
The manager's training has changed me a lot, I also got the manager's trust and gave me the important task of training new colleagues.

5.The way of our QC control the Quality:
a. Material testing for Tosa and Rosa (Bosa), it can be reduce reject rate.
b. Product parameter testing: Output power, sensitivity, extinction ratio and eye diagram, the excellent parameter make the products working more steady.
c. The distance testing: the engineer will testing them by bare optical fiber according to the transmission distance, the customer no worried about loss pocket.
d. Switch testing: Insert the module to the switch to check if work normally and audit the EEprom information.
e. Aging testing: Install the module to the aging board, then working on it about 24 hours. This function is that found the failure product in advance before shipment and decreasing reject rate.
